Return Policy for Cakes & Bakery Goods

At  Cake on Wheels, we strive to provide the best quality cakes and baked goods to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

1. Custom Cakes and Orders:
   • Custom cakes and personalized orders are made specifically for you, and as such, they are non-refundable.
   • If there is an issue with the cake (such as incorrect design, flavors, or damage), please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. We will review the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include a partial or full refund, or replacement.
2. Standard Cakes and Baked Goods:
   • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cakes or baked goods once they have been purchased and/or consumed.
   • If there is a defect in the product (such as spoilage or damage), please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the item. We will issue a refund or replacement if necessary.
3. Cancellations:
   • Orders for custom cakes can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
   • For standard orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Refund Process:
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment.
   • The customer is responsible for returning any goods that are eligible for a refund as directed by our team.
5. Delivery and Pickup:
   • If the cake or baked goods are delivered and there is an issue, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a refund or replacement.
   • If you pick up your order, please inspect it carefully before leaving the store. Once the product leaves the premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage.
6. Exceptions:
   • In the event of a rare situation, such as a defective product, our team will assess the situation and offer a resolution that aligns with our customer satisfaction goals.
